• **3-Day Store Currency Refund Policy:** If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund in store currency within 3 days. Store currency refunds can be used for future purchases on our platform.
• **Exclusions:** Refunds are not provided for services that involve cracking, nulling, or using copyrighted/modified content. These activities violate our terms and will result in immediate suspension of the services without a refund.

3. Compliance with Service Policies

• **Minecraft EULA:** We fully comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA), which outlines the acceptable use of Minecraft servers and related content.
• **Legal and Ethical Standards:** We expect all users to follow the legal and ethical guidelines relevant to the services they use.

4. Dispute Resolution

• **Chargebacks:** Initiating a chargeback will lead to the immediate closure of your account, termination of all services, and deletion of all associated data. We will provide all relevant information to the payment provider to contest the chargeback.
• **Support Tickets:** To avoid chargebacks, please open a support ticket to discuss any issues with our staff. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and ensuring customer satisfaction whenever possible.

5. Account and Security

• **Security Responsibility:** Users are responsible for the security of their accounts. This includes using strong passwords and enabling 2-step authentication to protect against unauthorized access.

• Minecraft Plugin Configuration Errors: Assistance with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Minecraft plugins.
• Discord Bot Errors: Support for issues related to hosting and running Discord bots, including those built with Java, Rust, Node.js, and Python.

7. Prohibited Activities

• **Cracking, Nulling, and Copyrighted Content:** We do not support or tolerate activities involving the use of cracked, nulled, or copyrighted/modified content. Engaging in these activities will result in immediate suspension of services without a refund.
• **Illegal Activities:** Any use of our services for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

**Stray Nodes** reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the TOS. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• **Service Availability:** While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause temporary service disruptions.
• **Data Loss:** Stray Nodes is not responsible for any data loss resulting from service interruptions or account suspensions. Users are encouraged to regularly back up their data.
